This role is responsible for process support, equipment/tooling support, production documentation development, and continuous improvement activities to ensure high-quality production standards are achieved. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and manufacturing specifications. Develop and maintain Manufacturing Process Control Plans. Develop and support wire harness continuity tests and interfaces. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment as required. Perform quality inspections and ensure assemblies meet company and customer standards. Support cost estimating activities for manufacturing projects. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Collaborate with Quality, and Production to improve manufacturing processes. Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements. Qualifications • Looking for a college graduate with an emphasis in one of the following areas: o Production Engineering o Manufacturing Efficiency o Lean Manufacturing Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with electrical or electromechanical assembly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including: Excel Word Publisher Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement. Work Environment Clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Hands-on production and equipment interaction. Collaborative manufacturing environment with opportunities for process development and improvement. Pay Range $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
