$21.32 an hour + $2nd shift .45 - 3rd shift $1.00 shift differential We are hiring 3rd shift Manufacturing Technicians at our Fort Madison, Iowa plant. You will report to a Production Team Leader and join a team of 400 and growing.

Fort Madison, IA Hourly Rate:

$21.32 per hour with shift differentials of $0.45 for 2nd and $1.00 for 3rd. Grow to $24.46 per hour upon successful completion of Level 1 requirements in 12 months or less; grow to $27.10 per hour upon successful completion of Level 2 requirements in 30 months or less. What Impact Will You Have On Our Business? You will operate our production equipment and will conduct equipment inspections and other troubleshooting tasks You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality products for our consumers. Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, our production worker will play an active role. Cleanliness is important at our facilities. You will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area

Do You Have What It Takes:

High School Diploma or a GED Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening Required to perform the following actions during working shift: Repetitive arm and hand motions Standing / walking Lift / push / pull 40 lbs. consistently Overhead work
