Explore your tasks and responsibilities Must be mechanically inclined. Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow directions. Can read and follow instruction procedures. Must be able to read a tape measure. Identifies a measurement on a print (fraction and decimal) and can find the same measurement on a tape measure. Show your expertise High School Diploma or Equivalent Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in the electrical/controls department and how to safely use them. Can identify the hand and power tools used in the department. Understands the proper use and risk/hazard factor of each tool used. Experience in construction such as framing, roofing etc. Experience in the automotive industry such as tinting window, pinstriping etc. Experience in manufacturing/production a plus but not required. Available to work 40+ hours a week including weekends as needed. Must be able to lift 40lb, bend, kneel, stand for 8 hours or more a day. Must be able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other departments. Ability to use
