Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Fit-Up Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling components with precision and efficiency to support our high-tech production processes. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills with tools, and experience in factory environments will drive the success of our assembly line operations. Duties Must be mechanically inclined. Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow directions. Can read and follow instruction procedures. Must be able to read a tape measure. Identifies a measurement on a print (fraction and decimal) and can find the same measurement on a tape measure. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in the electrical/controls department and how to safely use them. Can identify the hand and power tools used in the department. Understands the proper use and risk/hazard factor of each tool used. Experience in construction such as framing, roofing etc. Experience in the automotive industry such as tinting window, pinstriping etc. Experience in manufacturing/production a plus but not required. Available to work 40+ hours a week including weekends as needed. Must be able to lift 40lb, bend, kneel, stand for 8 hours or more a day. Must be able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other departments. Ability to use
