AM Position Purpose:

The line operator is responsible for working on production of goods and providing manufacturing support for finished goods. This is a production-oriented position and requires physical labor, including long periods of standing, frequently repeated motions, and lifting.

Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:

Lift, load/unload, stack, check, label goods in production line Efficiently operating all equipment on the line Troubleshooting assigned equipment as necessary Assisting team members on the line Coordinating usage of materials, packaging, etc. Performance detailed manual cycle counts; maintain Adherence to safety guidelines and practices Regularly maintaining and cleaning equipment Completing necessary paperwork Additional duties as assigned Regular and punctual attendance

Education, Skills and Abilities:

Previous experience helpful HS Diploma or GED Preferred Physical stamina; must be able to lift 50+ pounds at a time Must be able to work in different positions for a long period of time - stand, sit, bend, and kneel Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment - pallet jack, stretch wrapper Comfortable working independently Old World Industries is among the largest privately held companies competing in the automotive aftermarket today.
