Manufacturing Tech - Rubber Molder

Molder Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled manufacturing technician (compression molding) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing materials, operating molding machines, and ensuring the production of high-quality rubber molded products. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, working well with hands, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Follow weekly production scheduled set forth by Operations Manager. Prepare raw material as needed for jobs. Operate molding machines and equipment to produce molded parts according to specifications. Fabricate unique rubber products by hand utilizing a variety of methods pre and post molding. Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify the dimensions and tolerances of molded components. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Participate in training sessions for new machinery or processes Contribute to the company's

Experience Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and use of precision measuring instruments is essential. Background in rubber or fabrication and manufacturing processes will be advantageous.
