The ideal candidate can troubleshoot minor issues, make machine adjustments, perform quality inspections, and understand how their equipment impacts the finished product. Most opportunities are available on 2nd, 3rd, and overnight rotating shifts.
What You'll Do:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Perform machine setups and adjustments Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and production jams Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Read blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions Maintain production and quality standards
