Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production line equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major problems Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Record production data and report any inconsistencies Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality
