Fabricator/Manufacturing Technician

is seeking a Fabricator / Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Milan, IL. This position focuses on industrial vinyl fabrication, including cutting, welding, grommeting, and assembly work using engineered drawings and work instructions. Experience with RF welding or hot-air welding is a plus, but training is available for candidates with solid manufacturing or fabrication experience. Responsibilities Cut vinyl and related materials using cutting tables, scissors, and measuring tools Weld and seam materials using RF (radio frequency), hot-air, and wedge welding equipment Install grommets using press equipment Lace vinyl liners to metal frames Read and follow engineered drawings, measurements, and work instructions Operate various manufacturing and fabrication equipment Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or production experience Ability to read measurements and perform basic math Experience working from drawings or written instructions Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work extended hours occasionally to meet deadlines Preferred (Not Required) RF welding, hot-air welding, or industrial sewing experience Vinyl, canvas, tarp, signage, awning, or upholstery experience Large-format material handling experience Education High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending for extended periods Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs Manufacturing environment with dust, fumes, or airborne particles Training provided for the right candidate. Manufacturing experience required; vinyl experience preferred but not required. Work Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch.
