job summary: Step into a vital role within a world-class clinical supply chain operation where your precision directly impacts patient lives. This position offers the chance to work in a highly regulated, climate-controlled pharmaceutical environment dedicated to the meticulous preparation of life-saving medications. You will be part of a sophisticated campus featuring state-of-the-art laboratory and manufacturing facilities designed to foster innovation and safety. As a Drug Manufacturing Technician, you will move beyond general labor into specialized pharmaceutical assembly. This is an ideal path for detail-oriented professionals from medical or clinical backgrounds to transition into the biotech industry. You will be responsible for the high-touch handling of clinical supplies, ensuring every kit is assembled with 100% accuracy for global distribution.

Apply specific patient numbers and clinical data to individual syringes, vials, bottles, and cartons with absolute precision.Clinical Kit Assembly:
Execute the small-scale assembly of medical kits, including the integration of IV bags and syringes into specialized cartons.Drug Product Handling:
Carefully place tablets or capsules into bottles and fill blisters using semi-automatic equipment according to strict protocols.Quality Assurance:
Perform rigorous quality checks on documentation, drug products, and commodities to ensure compliance with safety standards.Logistical Packing:
Securely pack finished clinical containers into corrugate for final shipment.Workstation Upkeep:
Maintain a sterile and organized environment by performing light housekeeping and sanitizing workstations regularly.qualifications:
Required Skills Clinical Handling:
Proven experience handling syringes, vials, or needles (e.g., as a Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech, or Caretaker).Precision Labeling:
Experience in detailed labeling of clinical or medical products.Assembly:
Background in kit assembly or small-part clinical packaging.Schedule Flexibility:
Ability to work a set first-shift schedule with a willingness to participate in encouraged overtime.Professionalism:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).Preferred Skills Pharmaceutical Background:
Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or clinical supply environments.Equipment Operation:
Experience using semi-automatic filling or bottling equipment.Documentation:
