Job Description

Summary Assist in the production of The Morel Company's Mattress Products. Primary activities include RF Fabric Welding, Transfer Application, Sewing, Product Assembly, Product Inspection, Inventory Control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist production team as described in role above, while having the following responsibilities: Work in a safe and responsible manner. Produce a quality first product in a timely manner. Accurately complete all required production records
EDUCATION & REQUISITE SKILLS
High School Diploma/G.E.D Experience in producing medium-to-high volume products Working knowledge of manufacturing work instructions Working knowledge of a manufacturing environment Ability to work in a team environment
