• High School Diploma and 3+ years relevant experience or Assosiate's degree and 3 years experience or Bachelor's degree with no experience

Required Qualification:

• 3+ years supporting FCT systems in manufacturing (medical device experience strongly preferred).
• Hands-on with multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering, hand tools.
• Must understand FDA regulations.

• Experience with automated test software, such as LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar platforms
• Experience working in a PCBA manufacturing environment, supporting production test, fixtures, or manufacturing processes
• Basic programming or scripting exposure (Python, VB, C#, or similar) used for test support or troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures, and technical documentation
• Experience working in an ISO 13485 or FDA regulated manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PCBA Functional Circuit Test (FCT) fixtures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on test systems.
• Diagnose test system failures impacting production.
• Document repairs and maintain calibration status.
