This energetic position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with manufacturing equipment, materials, and packaging operations, contributing directly to the success of our innovative products. You will be an essential part of a fast-paced environment that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement. Position Overview This role focuses on transforming vehicles into fully finished, high-quality units. You'll be involved in the final phases of builds, including electrical systems, HVAC, interior finishes, and quality control. Key Responsibilities Install and troubleshoot electrical systems Assist with or install HVAC systems Complete interior wrapping and finishing work Perform final detailing and finish work Conduct quality control inspections to ensure top-tier delivery standards Diagnose issues and implement solutions on the fly Adapt to changing project needs and timelines Qualifications Previous hands-on experience is required (bus, RV, automotive, or similar industries preferred) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Team-oriented with a strong work ethic What We're Looking For We value experienced individuals who bring creativity, independence, and practical know-how .
