We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Knife Grinding & Production Technician. Responsibilities Grind and sharpen commercial kitchen knives to company quality standards. Inspect knives for defects, damage, and sharpening quality. Maintain production goals while ensuring consistent workmanship. Operate grinding and sharpening equipment safely. Assist with sorting, inventory, and preparation of customer orders. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operator experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Standing for up to 8 hours per day. Repetitive hand and arm movements.
