Job Description

Company Overview Meridian Adhesives Group is a rapidly growing, full service global adhesive solutions provider, specializing in adhesive technologies used in electronics, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Fueled by a series of strategic acquisitions since its formation in 2018, Meridian has established itself as an adhesive technology leader for a broad, global, blue-chip customer base comprised of OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients with an expanding global footprint. Role And Responsibilities This position is responsible for cleaning parts, changing drums on the packaging equipment, fixing some machinery, preparing production for upcoming jobs, and assisting maintenance with daily tasks. Primary Job Functions Include But Are Not Limited To Tear down parts to clean and rebuild. Recognize and troubleshoot problems among equipment. Communicate with machine operators, line leads, and maintenance. Organize, clean, and switch change parts as needed. Must be willing to work with others. Must be flexible due to the varying responsibilities. must also participate individually and/or as a group in team meetings, safety programs, training, presentations, and other activities that are essential to the attainment of the team or plant goals. Qualifications And Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate basic Math Mus be 18 years of age Must be able to lift 50lbs continuously Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation

1st Shift 5:00 am-3:30 pm
M-TH Pay:
This position has a starting hourly range of $19.00 per hour. The above range represents the expected hourly range for this position. The actual hourly rate may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location
Bonus Pay:
HOURLY Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2026. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
