Job Description

About the Role As a Manufacturing Equipment Technician, you will play a vital role in maximizing operational uptime and ensuring the reliability of our production floor. You will utilize your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to drive continuous improvement and maintain the high-performance standards of our industrial machinery. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of mills, lathes, and critical production assets. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical failures to minimize production downtime. Perform precise disassembly and reassembly of industrial components to restore equipment to peak operating efficiency. Conduct facility-wide maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and fully functional working environment. Document maintenance activities and equipment performance to support data-driven reliability improvements. Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine settings and improve overall equipment effectiveness. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience maintaining and repairing industrial mechanical and electrical systems. Technical proficiency with 3-phase power and electrical systems up to 480V. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs on heavy industrial equipment. Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing, and extended standing. Preferred Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or engineering discipline. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and preventative solutions. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints effectively.
