You will ensure that our manufacturing processes run efficiently, focusing on precision, equipment maintenance, and the consistent output of top-tier products. Responsibilities Operate and calibrate RAM press machinery to meet production output targets. Manage the loading and unloading of kilns and press dies to maintain workflow efficiency. Execute precise mold pouring for production tiles and components. Apply glaze finishes using manual brushing or automated spraying techniques. Conduct rigorous quality inspections on finished chips and boards to identify and eliminate defects. Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance to ensure operational longevity. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant workspace at all times. Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to operate industrial machinery and follow technical work instructions. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Proficiency in basic hand tools such as drills, mixers, and torque wrenches. Preferred Skills Prior experience with RAM press equipment or similar ceramic manufacturing tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for basic reporting and communication. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
