Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. Production Technician Indianapolis, IN, United States | req29156 2nd shift (2:00PM - 10:30PM) M-F; training on 1st shift may be required. What you will enjoy doing• You will read, understand, and use Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMI's), Job-Safety Analysis' (JSA), and schedules to accomplish daily production tasks Further you will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives/policies as business needs arise You will follow step by step instructions detailed by senior operators in turnover reports, written job instructions, or verbal instructions Additionally, you will ensure inventory accuracy by performing basic math and maintaining an organized workspace You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to complete tasks on-time while meeting all safety and quality requirements You will perform the operation of machines, fork trucks, and/or associated equipment What makes you great A High School diploma/GED is required Further you must be able to read, comprehend and understand work instructions You also must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure Additionally, you must be able to operate fork truck, electric hoist, scales, and label machines Also, you should be comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, hand and finger manipulation, occasional stooping, crouching, climbing and capable of lifting 40lbs You must be able to wear a full face or half face respirator Basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite are preferred for this role Required to work a 8-hour schedule Monday - Friday (2:00PM - 10:30PM); training may be required on first shift.
