Job Description:
Responsible for setting up and running production lines, maintaining proper quality and efficiencies Constantly monitors quality of product to insure it is running at target, using tools and indicators available at windup. Coordinates and performs the changeover (cleanup and setup) between products effectively and efficiently. Keep accurate production and QC records. Continuously improves processes to increase material efficiencies and increase the yield of saleable product per shift.Other duties:
- Assist in installing spray belts and plastic sheeting on production lines
- Repair needle boards for production
- Help train new employees
