Our commitment to quality and attention to detail distinguishes us from competitors. Summary We are seeking a skilled Molder Operator to join our dynamic team at CHaSE Manufacturing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the precision and quality of our hardwood products, contributing directly to our mission of excellence.
Responsibilities :
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct quality control checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. Troubleshoot any issues with machinery promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Molder Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality control processes Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dusty environment. Must be able to stand all day.
