Job Description

Dynamic Manufacturing Technician:
Fusion 360 &
DFM Specialist The Opportunity:
Own the Process, Drive the Future. Are you ready to move beyond repetitive work and truly own your impact on a modern production floor? We're looking for a highly skilled, hands-on individual to be the critical link between design and manufacturing. If you thrive on solving complex problems, mastering the latest CAD software, and seeing your digital work come to life , this is your chance to shine.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. CAD Master & Design-to-Production Translator (Fusion 360) DFM (Design for Manufacturing): You will be the resident expert, using your Fusion 360 skills to actively adapt and refine customer models.
Your mission:
make complex parts from industries as diverse as motorsports, defense, packaging, and industrial automation manufacturable and using our standard shop methods.
Immediate Impact:
Design and prototype custom jigs and fixtures within Fusion 360 that immediately eliminate bottlenecks and improve quality on the floor. 2.
Digital Process Builder & Standardization Leader Next-Gen Documentation:
You will develop and deploy digital, shop-floor-level standards (SOPs) using modern tools and techniques.
Mobile Control:
Master the Safety Culture App to design and deploy digital checklists, bringing a new level of quality control and accountability to our production process. 3.
Full Cycle Ownership and Data-Driven Influence Total Ownership:
Unlike roles that just pass off work, you will own your DFM jobs from start to finish. This means shepherding your adapted design through setup, production, and final validation. Close the
Loop:
Collect and analyze real-world performance data and use those lessons learned to directly influence the design and approach of future DFM projects. Your feedback won't just be heard—it will change the way we design. 4.
Advanced Process Setup & Hands-On Mastery Tech Playground:
Get hands-on with a diverse, cutting-edge range of technologies, assisting with the setup and tuning of processes like laser cutting, precision forming, robotic welding, robotic vision systems and industrial automation at levels normally seen only in much larger companies.
Skill Diversification:
To truly understand the process, you will occasionally run the machines yourself. This ensures your expertise is grounded in practical operation, not just theory. What You will Bring to the

You must have expert-level proficiency in Fusion 360 backed up by a clearly superior mechanical aptitude. You must enjoy working with your brain and your hands to make things.
Education:
Technical Associate's Degree or proven industry experience.
