Moove, a leading distributor of lubricants, oils, fluids, and greases is currently recruiting a Manufacturing Filler for our Wichita, KS facility due to growth. The hours are Monday - Friday, 6am start time.

Key responsibilities:

Operating Filling Machines:

Safely operate and monitor filling machines to accurately dispense the desired amount of lubricant into containers, adjusting settings as needed.

Container Inspection:

Check containers for defects before filling, ensuring they are clean and properly sealed.

Quality Control:

Perform quality checks on filled containers, including weight verification, to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.

Machine Setup and Adjustment:

Set up filling machines according to production requirements, including adjusting filling levels, flow rates, and nozzle positions.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions, reporting major issues to maintenance personnel.

Material Handling:

Load containers onto the filling line, ensuring proper alignment and preventing damage.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of filling equipment to maintain hygiene and operational efficiency.

Recordkeeping:

Maintain accurate production logs, including fill volumes, batch numbers, and quality control data.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and wearing required personal protective equipment.

Required skills and qualifications:

Mechanical Aptitude:

Basic understanding of mechanical principles to operate and troubleshoot filling machinery. Attention to

Ability to precisely measure and monitor filling levels to maintain quality standards.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift containers as needed.

Basic Math Skills:

Accurate calculation of fill volumes and production targets.

Safety Awareness:

Knowledge of chemical handling procedures and safety regulations.
