job summary: Looking to advance your career with a top-tier global life sciences leader? We are seeking a dedicated professional for a night-shift opportunity in Chelmsford, MA. This role offers a structured, rotating schedule perfect for balancing work and life while manufacturing critical chromatography resin in a state-of-the-art facility.
location:
Chelmsford, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $25 - 27 per hour work hours: 11 to 7 education: High School responsibilities: Operate large-scale chemical batch manufacturing equipment, including reactors, pressure filters, and pumps, according to strict SOPs. Perform and assist with equipment changeovers, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and confined space protocols. Maintain meticulous batch and equipment records in compliance with ISO 13485 and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Collaborate with the team on 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safety and quality standards. Safely handle materials, including moving ~40 lbs up stairs and pushing 55-gallon drums on wheeled dollies.
qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year of chemical or biotech manufacturing, production, or lab experience. Proficiency with computer applications and strong basic math/calculation skills. Ability to stand for 80% of the shift and wear all required PPE (including respirators when necessary).
Preferred:
• Experience working within a cGMP environment. Familiarity with Delta V and/or SAP systems. #LI-VR1 skills: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
