About us MRN Diagnostics provides a comprehensive toolbox of services and products to the in vitro diagnostics, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries for the research, development and commercialization of diagnostic tests. We provide expertise and critical materials to support the discovery, development and launch of immunoassay, molecular genetic, anatomic pathology, chemistry and hematology-based laboratory tests. Job Title Manufacturing Laboratory Technician (I or II) Job Summary As a Manufacturing Technician at MRN Diagnostics, you will be part of a team of technicians and scientists who specialize in diagnostics medical devices. Your role is at the front of our expanding product line to ensure on-time delivery for our customers. You will be trained to follow current GMP practices as well as contributing to our on-going efforts in continuous improvements. Duties and Responsibilities Follow SOPs to formulate, dispense, and assemble, products. Clean and decontaminate work surfaces, Biological Safety Cabinets, reusable labware and other laboratory equipment. Perform preventative maintenance of work area and equipment. Follow timeline and communicate progress on various manufacturing campaigns. Actively engage in continuous improvements to processes and workflow. Qualifications Related experience and/or training in a GMP environment, especially biotechnology or pharmaceutics, a plus. Attention to detail. Excellent work ethic. Work well in a team environment Physical Requirements Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs. May occasionally be required to stand for 2-3 hours
