What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be hands-on in our production lab, helping bring quality cannabis products to market. Day to day, you'll: Weigh, measure, sort, label, and package products with care and precision Operate filling and measuring equipment following company SOPs and state regulations Track batch counts to keep our quality consistent Help with inventory, loading, and unloading of supplies Keep the work-space clean, organized, and running smoothly Collaborate across departments to hit production goals This is an active role — expect to be on your feet standing, walking, bending, reaching, and doing repetitive hand movements throughout the day. What We're Looking For Must be 21 or older High school diploma or equivalent Able to pass a yearly background check Dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn A team player who communicates clearly and brings good judgment Nice to have (but not required): experience in product manufacturing, a clean room setting, or food handling.
