2nd Shift Production Technician - North Reading, MA#26-05164 North Reading, MA On-site Contract Starts 5/11/2026 Job Description New Journey, a Genesis10pany, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Technician for a 9-month contract position with the potential for a contract extension or conversion with our client in North Reading, MA.

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour 2nd

Shift:

M-F, 3pm - 11pm

Job Requirements:

Production Technician is responsible for robotic assembly, warehouse material handling, and product packaging. In this position, you will be a member of the assembly and logistics team within the general manufacturing team responsible for building, automated testing, and packaging of our client's products manufactured internally. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Build electro-mechanical units utilizing industry best practices. Shipping, receiving, maintaining, tracking, and delivering goods for manufacturing following appropriate protocols. Learning systems and tools for material management as well as coordinating methods of delivery with suppliers and customers Seeking out improvements in processes to continuously meet on-time delivery of goods.

Basic Qualifications:

1 years of manufacturing assembly experience Great attitude and aptitude to learn new things. Should befortable with somewhat repetitive steps Able to lift 30 pounds Read and follow English language instructions Hand tool experience is a plus Able to work safely in a structured manufacturing environment Only candidates available and ready to work directly as New JourneyGenesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
