Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Technician and become a vital part of creating high-quality products in a fast-paced factory environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with manufacturing equipment, assembly lines, and various tools to ensure smooth production operations. Whether you're experienced in factory work or looking to develop your mechanical skills, this position provides a platform for growth and skill enhancement. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and assembly lines to maintain continuous production flow Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to assemble components accurately and efficiently Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility Conduct routine inspections of machinery and work areas to identify issues and ensure safety compliance Assist with inventory management, including loading, unloading, and organizing materials in the warehouse Follow safety protocols diligently and participate in safety training sessions regularly Support maintenance activities by reporting mechanical problems and assisting with basic repairs when needed Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates Hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, or warehouse operations is highly desirable Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment will be advantageous Previous warehouse experience involving forklift operation or material handling is a plus Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential for success in this role Join us as a Production Technician and help us deliver quality products through dedication, teamwork, and technical expertise!

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
