3rd Shift Manufacturing Tech Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Techs to join their team onsite in Middle River, MD. This technician will oversee day to day production and manufacturing operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. They will be responsible for identifying and escalating any issues to senior leadership in a timely manner. A solid understanding of the machinery is essential, including the ability to recognize early signs of malfunction or irregular performance.

Compensation:

$30/hr to $35/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. • Comfortable with machinery
• CNC or AFP (Automated Fiber Placements)o Understand safety protocols
• Understanding of manufacturing and production processes
• Comfortable reporting issues to leadership
• Experience working around union employees
• Must be willing to work 3rd shift (10pm to 6am)
