MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN 1ST SHIFT

job summary: Aerospace manufacturing client in Baltimore, Maryland is looking to hire multiple Manufacturing Technicians to provide hands-on support across multiple production areas. location: BALTIMORE, Maryland job type: Contract salary: $39 - 43 per hour work hours: 7am to 11am education: High School responsibilities: Maintain production flow by supporting daily operations and ensuring output aligns with customer delivery requirementsDevelop and maintain setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls to strengthen quality and operational consistencyDrive improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and support on-time productionProvide hands-on technical support across machines, systems, and production equipmentUtilize data tracking tools to monitor performance and identify trendsCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution

Qualifications:

Must have experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical operations environmentstrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilityMust have experience with manufacturing equipment, automation, or precision systemsCAD experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) prefferred Prior experience with process development or continuous improvement preferred Details 1st

Shift:

Thursday-Sunday | 6:00am-4:00pm. Indivudals will complete 30-60 days of day shift training Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm prior to shift transition qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 4 years of experience
