PM Position Overview:
The Memorial Production Technician is responsible for supporting all aspects of memorial production, including engraving, stencil preparation, quality verification, monument staging, inventory movement, warehouse support, and general production activities. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, a commitment to quality workmanship, and adherence to company safety standards. Engraving and quality verification are primary functions of this role; however, employees are expected to support other production, warehouse, inventory, staging, and operational activities as needed to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify engravings, stencils, proofs, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance with customer specifications. Perform engraving, stencil preparation, layout, and other assigned production tasks. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met. Move, stage, load, unload, and organize memorials, materials, and inventory throughout the facility and yard. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, forklifts, and other production equipment. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently. Prioritize and complete assigned work within established production schedules and deadlines. Promptly communicate equipment failures, safety concerns, production delays, inventory discrepancies, quality issues, and other obstacles to direct supervisor. Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse organization, and general facility upkeep as needed. Participate in cross-training and develop proficiency in additional production functions. Learn and perform on-site engraving and related field work when trained and assigned. Maintain work areas, equipment, and tools in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals and business objectives. Perform other duties as assigned by management that are reasonable, safe, and within the scope of company operations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials consistent with production requirements. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when required. Ability to safely operate equipment and perform repetitive tasks as necessary.

Report to work on time and prepared to begin scheduled shift. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality. Consistently meet quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and respect when interacting with coworkers, supervisors, customers, vendors, and visitors. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and seek clarification or assistance when needed. Immediately report quality concerns, damaged materials, equipment issues, safety hazards, or process failures. Exercise care and responsibility when operating company equipment, tools, vehicles, and handling customer property. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills, accept additional training, and support changing business needs. Contribute positively to a safe, productive, and respectful work environment. Valid driver's license may be required depending on location responsibilities
