$21.75/hr starting + $2.00/hr shift differential
12-hour rotating schedule (3 on / 4 off, 4 on / 3 off) Prefer day shift, fewer workdays, and a solid crew? Paid parental leave What You'll Do Operate and monitor production equipment used to manufacture hydrophilic polyurethane foam
Perform quality inspections and testing, ensuring products meet specifications
Accurately record production and quality data in computerized systems
Package finished goods and prepare product for shipment
Work closely with team members, maintenance, quality, and supervisors to meet production targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and efficiency What We're Looking For Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Basic mechanical, math, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP a plus)
Ability to make sound decisions independently and with a team
Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Pre-employment physical, background check, and references required. Physical Requirements Standing and walking for most of the shift (75%+)
Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and grasping
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Close vision and color vision required
Ability to wear a respirator
Ability to work around industrial equipment
This role may not be suitable for individuals with pacemakers due to equipment exposure.
