Operator Job Description The Operator is responsible for the production and packaging of parts post-machining. This role involves activities such as assembly, washing parts, straightening, tumbling, pressure testing, packaging, stocking, and counting parts. The Operator plays a crucial role in providing service and satisfaction to customers while maintaining a high level of quality. Responsibilities Assemble and wash parts. Straighten, tumble, and pressure test components. Package and stock parts efficiently. Count and inspect parts before shipping. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines. Maintain a high level of quality in all production processes. Essential Skills Production expertise. Assembly skills. Machine operation proficiency. General production knowledge. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Benton Harbor, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
