You will leverage your mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency to manage logistics workflows and maintain equipment performance, directly contributing to the success of our facility operations. Responsibilities Operate industrial machinery and material handling equipment, including forklift operation, to ensure seamless product movement. Utilize Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems to monitor production specifications and maintain process integrity. Manage inventory data and logistics documentation through AS400 software to ensure accurate tracking. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline material flow and resolve operational bottlenecks. Maintain a high standard of workplace organization and safety, ensuring all protocols are strictly followed. Execute precise technical instructions to meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks. Required Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on technical tasks. Proven ability to navigate computer systems and digital interfaces effectively. Capacity to read, interpret, and apply complex technical specifications. Demonstrated reliability and a strong commitment to attendance and professional growth. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment. Prior certification or training in forklift operation. Experience with inventory management systems or similar database software. A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and team collaboration.
