This position is for a Manufacturing Specialist and may lead to advancement to greater responsibilities, challenges and rewards. We are a small and dynamic company where ideas and efforts are often adapted quickly. Specific Duties and Responsibilities may include: o Manufacture of materials o Learning and following detailed processes and procedures o Repair and maintaining equipment and facitlites o Shipping and receiving o Operation of equipment and forklift operation o Packaging, labeling, boxing o Maintenance of equipment and area o Cleaning duties for shop and offices Qualifications needed: o Willing to accept and "own" responsibilities. o High school graduate or greater. o Basic Math and reading proficiency is necessary. o Mechanical skills, plumbing and/or electrical skills are very important to this position. o Must be trainable for forklift operation o Lifting and moving containers of 50 pounds will be a daily requirement All staff are expected to possess the following: o Responsible TEAM attitude o Full time, team-oriented work ethic o Eager to learn and goal oriented o . Frequent absences are simply not acceptable. o Vision for improvement and profound organization

o Experience is NOT necessary.
