Job Description
Qualifications:
Experience with basic power and hand tools Ability to read prints and instructions Knowledge of basic manufacturing/shop functions preferred Self-motivated to move onto the next project without constant supervision Reliable and can be counted on daily Hard working, efficient, and always looking for ways to improve productivity Goal orientated, setting daily goals, and doing what it takes to accomplish those goals Overhead crane experience preferredDuties:
Install correct build stands for equipment being built Hang main bodies on stands using cranes and prep other components for machine assembly Assemble equipment per assembly instructions Perform quality run tests and checks Repair any necessary quality issues found during quality checks and tests Remove finished machine from build stands using crane Crate and package finished machines for storage and shipping Assist with picking parts for assemblies using computer generated pick lists Assist paint department with prepping and washing weldments and finished machines Clean and organize work areas including isles and bathrooms when required Maintain and repair equipment as needed Perform other duties as needed and assigned Ideal candidate- Assembly
