Production Technician:

Set up production equipment to support manufacturing operations Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators to ensure efficient production Conduct test runs and collect data to evaluate yields, identify issues, and support new product development Prepare records, charts, and reports to track performance and production outcomes Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and assist in resolving quality issues Perform tasks such as winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing, and assembly Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Operate specialized equipment and systems (e.g., MES and other production systems) What You Need to Bring to the

Production Technician Role:
