Job Description

JOB TITLE
Technician
DEPARTMENT
Production Support
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide total support for production equipment and services Work with operators to optimize machine utilization Troubleshoot machine issues while minimizing downtime Assist in product changeovers Assist engineering to resolve quality and process issues Collaborate with production supervisor to plan daily support priorities Perform line operation when needed Complete facility and ground maintenance All other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Strong mechanical aptitude Knowledge of electronics Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and prioritize Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work with a team or independently as needed Must be able to stand up to 8 hours per day Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies Complete all orientation and training needs as written in policy EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
