Job Description

Production / Manufacturing Associate
JOB TYPE
W2, Onsite, 12-month contract, 40hrs/week
Location:
St.
Paul, MN Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM + OT as needed
Compensation:
$20/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking Manufacturing / Production associates to support the production of medical devices in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on production role involving assembly, packaging, and preparation of devices for sterilization while following strict quality and safety standards. You'll work in a structured, team-based environment and be responsible for maintaining consistency, accuracy, and productivity throughout daily operations. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly, packaging, and preparation of medical device components
  • Wash, wrap, and prepare components for sterilization
  • Package, seal, and label finished products
  • Follow SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Maintain a clean and organized production environment
  • Operate general production equipment (sealers, autoclaves, etc.)
  • Perform quality checks on components and finished products
  • Support production workflow and restocking as needed
  • Accurately follow safety protocols and wear required
PPE Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions (SOPs)
  • Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast-paced production environment
  • Basic English communication skills (reading and writing)
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
  • Experience in GMP or regulated environments (nice to have)
  • Packaging or production line experience
  • Strong work ethic with ability to meet production goals
Work Environment:
  • Cleanroom / regulated manufacturing environment
  • PPE required (scrubs, gloves, masks, etc.)
  • Team-based, safety-focused production setting
