As demand continues to increase, we are looking for an experienced Print Production / Vinyl Graphics Technician to join our team.

Operate and maintain Mimaki UCJV print/cut equipment Produce high-quality vinyl prints, decals, stickers, banners, and wrap graphics Setup and prepare artwork for print production using Adobe Illustrator Operate RasterLink and/or Flexi software for print and cut workflows Weed, laminate, trim, package, and organize printed materials Perform quality control checks to ensure proper color, sizing, alignment, and print quality Assist with vinyl wrap and decal installation when needed Keep production areas clean and organized Collaborate with the sales and install teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule Qualifications:
Professional experience in large-format print production is required Experience using Adobe Illustrator in a production environment Experience operating print/cut equipment and plotters Familiarity with RasterLink, Flexi, or similar RIP software Experience with vinyl wraps, decals, signage, or commercial graphics preferred Strong attention to detail and color accuracy Ability to troubleshoot print and cut issues independently Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift rolls of vinyl/materials and assist with physical installation tasks when needed Preferred Candidates:
Our preferred candidate will have experience in automotive vinyl wrap production, commercial graphics, or sign shop operations. Experience setting up customer artwork for production, color management, contour cutting, laminating, and assisting with vinyl installations is highly preferred. Candidates with experience using Mimaki printers/plotters, RasterLink, Flexi, or Adobe Creative Suite will stand out. About the Role:
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and help expand our in-house print production capabilities. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing clean, professional work and who can help improve workflow efficiency as our graphics department continues to grow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on creative work, automotive culture, and working on a wide variety of projects including decals, wraps, commercial branding, and custom graphics. Offered as a full-time hourly position, successful candidates can expect growth opportunities and increasing responsibilities as the company expands. Weekend overtime work may occasionally be available based on workload and will be paid at 1.5x overtime pay. Benefits:
