Production Technician & Tool Change

Production Technician / Tool Changer - 1st Shift Festus, MO | $18/hr | Weekly Pay PROMAN Staffing is hiring for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role requiring daily tool changes and production floor work. Reliability, attendance, and mechanical ability are critical.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Read before you apply. This is a reliability-driven position. Do not apply if you struggle with attendance, transportation, or being on time. Call-ins, lateness, and missed shifts will not be tolerated. You must have your own reliable transportation. This is a fast-paced environment, and you must stay productive the entire shift. Standing all shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. is required. Key requirements (must meet all): Own reliable transportation (no rides) Valid driver's license Strong attendance history (verified) Manufacturing experience required Plastic injection molding tool change experience

REQUIRED

Stand full shift Lift up to 50 lbs consistently Pass background check and drug screen Complete, accurate resume with all jobs and dates Key responsibilities: Perform tool changes and assist with machine setups Support vacuum molding and injection molding operations Work on the production floor when not changing tools Trim, inspect, and measure products Perform quality checks Package and label finished goods Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude required Ability to work with speed and efficiency Strong attention to detail Dependable and consistent PROMAN expectations: Excellent attendance is required Must be on time every shift Follow all safety procedures Maintain professionalism at all times
