Job Description

Build What Matters at Potter Global Technologies Step into a hands-on role where precision and pride in workmanship define every day. As a Precision Manufacturing Assembly Technician, you'll transform individual components into finished Potter Global Technologies products that support life-saving outcomes. You'll follow clear operation manuals, work closely with quality partners, and help keep our production floor safe, collaborative, and efficient. A Day in the Life Start your shift by reviewing work orders and carefully reading written instructions from operation manuals. Assemble products using hand tools and power tools—pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters, and more—while following standard operating procedures. Coordinate with the Quality Control team to confirm every step aligns with work instructions and quality standards. Package finished parts into cartons and seal boxes using auto tape dispensers to complete packout. Maintain a safe workspace by consistently following company safety measures. Contribute positively to team dynamics—proactively resolve conflicts and support teammates. Partner with manufacturing leaders, welcome feedback, and use it to elevate performance and product quality. Pitch in on additional tasks that keep projects on schedule and help the team hit milestones. What You Bring Comfort with repetitive movements of lightweight parts (up to 10 lbs per part). Reliable time management and a track record of meeting deadlines. Respectful, collaborative communication and teamwork. Ability to read and follow written instructions from operation manuals with accuracy.
