Edible Production Technician Job Description Position Title:
Edible Production Technician Reports to:Kitchen Manager Job Overview:
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter and team player, who will apply their knowledge of food production to perform a variety of duties related to day-to-day edible production. The candidate will be a team player in the production of cannabis-infused chocolates and gummies. This role demands an adherence to compliance and sanitation standards, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a high-quality cannabis-infused product.What You Bring:

- $17/hr Hours Monday- Thursday 5:00a.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Basic understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen
- Carefully follow all standard operating procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain relevant training as new products are introduced
- Prepare all edibles in a sanitary and timely manner
- Record all pertinent information for manufactured products into daily production logs
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Prior kitchen experience is required (i.e. line cook, prep cook, baker, dish washer, etc.)
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Possess valid driver's license or state ID
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must obtain and retain a state Facility Agent Identification Card
- Current ServSafe Certification is a plus, but not required
- METRC experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.
