$23.00 / hour Job Description Sirius Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician II to support production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves operating processing equipment, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Job Title:

Manufacturing Technician II (3rd Shift)

Location:

 St. Louis, MO

Shift:

3rd Shift•Monday to Thursday, 10:00 PM•8:30 AM (4x10 schedule)

Training Schedule:

1st Shift•Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM•2:30 PM (2-3 months)

Pay Rate:

$23/hour + 15% Shift Differential

Employment Type:

Contract-to-Hire (Temp to Perm Potential)

Note:

This is not a warehouse position.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain processing equipment (COP, CIP, Kaps All Torquer, label line) Execute production operations and follow established protocols Perform routine and monthly cleaning of production areas Handle waste disposal and manual cleaning of small parts Manage material flow, including pulling bottles and pass-through to cleanroom Perform hand torqueing and torque testing Package bags and bottles according to specifications Accurately document processes, equipment status, and production activities Execute batch records in SAP (eBR) Maintain logbooks and ensure documentation compliance Identify and report deviations or issues to supervisors Follow all safety policies and wear PPE appropriately Maintain clean and organized work areas

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Basic computer proficiency, preferably with SAP Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Good organizational and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements:

Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to work extended shifts (8-12 hours) as needed Comfortable working while wearing PPE, including respirators, for extended periods
