Job Description

What if your fix kept a whole facility on schedule? Imagine stepping onto the floor for a full-time 12-hour shift—days or nights—where your expertise prevents downtime and protects product quality. That's the challenge and the reward of being our next Plant Reliability Technician. To welcome you aboard, we offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in three equal $500 installments after 3 months, 6 months, and one year. Your mission Can you spot the early signs of wear, trace an intermittent fault, and return a line to peak performance—safely?
In this role you will:
Proactively maintain and repair production equipment to avoid unplanned stops Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Support building upkeep with basic plumbing, light carpentry, and painting Organize tools and parts, maintaining a clean, efficient workspace Follow safety protocols and wear PPE without exception Is this you? 2+ years in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related disciplines Comfortable using hand and power tools Available for 12-hour shifts (day or night) with occasional overtime Analytical troubleshooter who communicates well and supports the team Must-have capabilities PLC troubleshooting and PLC wiring Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; electrical repair Preventive maintenance and inspection Pneumatics troubleshooting Industrial electrical experience and industrial electrical systems Hydraulic systems and components Workplace safety and EHS management Experience in a manufacturing environment Tools of the trade Blow Molding Machine Rewards and support Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and Paid Holidays Overtime potential and advancement opportunities Culture and cadence Thrive in a supportive, safety-first environment with long-term stability, full-time hours, and on-the-job development—on a rotating schedule of three days one week and four the next.
