1st shift- Bullet Line Toolsetter

Job Summary:

Set up, operate efficiently, and maintain Sierra Bullets bullet presses. Essential Functions of the Job (listed in order of importance): 1. Work safety at all times. 2. Strictly adhere to all Company SOPs and policies. 3. Operate assigned production area, daily, to established standards of quality, and productivity. 4. Resolve production problems in a timely manner in assigned production area while improving quality and productivity. 5. Provide clear and consistent communication with the Bullet Lead and Production Supervisors regarding all activity and issues relating to the assigned Production area. 6. Accurately report all production related information on a timely basis using computer or manual form. 7. May be asked to train new Bullet LTS. 8. Other duties as assigned.

Working knowledge of decimals, fractions, and basic mathematics. 4. Mechanical ability to troubleshoot tooling and machinery. 5. Ability to perform tool and machine part adjustments. 6. 1. High school diploma or GED. 2. Score of 17 or higher on the Sierra Bullets Mechanical Aptitude Test. Physical Requirements to Perform the Duties of the
