Smithton, MO Starting Pay:
$21.35/hour JBS Live Pork Smithton is looking for a full time 2nd shift Feed Mill Production Technician. This position is part of an excellent team that is responsible for manufacturing and shipping of animal feed.Responsibilities include:
- Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e. grinders, batching scales, mixers, feed cleaners, pellet mills, coolers. Samples and receives ingredients by truck and monitors ingredients inventory levels.
- Manufacture feeds to ensure that they meet specifications and food safety requirements.
- Schedule production based on priorities and customer demands.
- Keep accurate, legible records.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, maintain a clean workplace.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read/comprehend English and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Good math skills.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Computer knowledge.
Preferred:
