Production Technician

Your responsibilities:

Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measurer, etc. Lifting/moving/ placing window components that are 35-55 lbs. Meet production goals by posted line standards. Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation. Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements Within This Position:

Stand for the entire shift Lift and transfer 35Ibs frequently throughout the course of the day Lift and transfer 50Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the day Reach overhead occasionally Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently

Your Compensation:

Starting at $16.00 per hour Opportunity to additional $2/hour attendance bonus! Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE)
