AM What You'll Do:

As a Shield Line Operator, you'll help keep production running smoothly and safely. Your main job is to operate the shield line, making sure products meet quality standards.

This includes:

Inspecting reels for damage and loading/unloading them regularly Making hook splices and keeping proper overlap Reading production orders and following instructions carefully Checking measurements (outer diameter, print, and product quality) Preparing for upcoming jobs and keeping accurate records

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable using hand tools and measurement tools Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines Can read, write, and do basic math 1+ year of manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk for long periods Bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach overhead often Safely lift up to 45 lbs. Work in hot or cold environments (no climate control) Handle a noisy work setting with machinery running
