Industrial/Manufacturing Relocation Assistance Provided! We are seeking a detail‑oriented Electro‑Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting industrial machines and equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, enjoys hands‑on work, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities

• Assemble complex industrial machinery following engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform electrical wiring, panel builds, and cable routing to exact specifications.
• Install motors, sensors, control panels, components, and other electro‑mechanical hardware.
• Must have experience soldering, crimping, and torquing of components
• Conduct functional tests to ensure machines meet quality and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot wiring, components, and mechanical alignment issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve build challenges.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with OSHA and company standards.
• Document work performed and report issues through established manufacturing processes. Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in electro‑mechanical assembly, wiring, or industrial equipment manufacturing (or equivalent).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
• Experience with hand and power tools, electrical meters, and assembly equipment.
• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial control systems a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. What We Offer
