Job Description

Every member of The Hi-Line Team strives to create a unique interaction between our customers and retail partners to support sales execution, market growth, and industry dominance. Team members work together to ensure flow and transparency throughout the company. They primarily ensure patient satisfaction and greet customers and dispensary staff with a personable smile to make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Pay is based on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
Maintains and implements standard operating procedures for all products and techniques developed. Ensure product meets all requirements for compliance, stability, and safety. Ensuring that all food items and products are stored, prepared, and served based on the company's recipe, preparation, and portion standards. Being diligent in monitoring quality to ensure Hi-Line sells the best products possible. Maintain and comply with sanitation and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work environment. Perform visual quality inspections on products, minimize waste where possible. Have the ability to handle any situation with patience and professionalism. Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on The Hi-Line Company products. Cooking and preparing edibles. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Know the Montana cannabis industy's legal rules and guidelines as they pertain to your job responsibilities. This position includes a 90-day introductory period, after which employees who meet established production benchmarks will receive a performance review and corresponding pay increase.

QUALIFICATIONS
State-issued registered Agent Card required Age 18+ Experience with Metrc preferred Experience with processing cannabis or other botanicals preferred. Excellent organization skills. Available to work 20-40 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Reliable transportation. Lift a minimum of 50 lbs / stand for long periods of time.
